The time you become hoggish, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you give away all of your cash. Sounds a little strange, but it seems to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever come away with money is when I don’t care about squandering it. I went to the the casino the other evening with $20 in cash. I could not care less about squandering it, who cares about 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in just 2 hours!
A different occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Bob. I took with me $100 that I couldn’t afford to squander. I got insatiable, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in thirty mins! The lesson is at no time bet more than you are able to lose. If you do not worry about not winning, you have a greater opportunity of profiting big!
How else can you build up your chances of profiting at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Yes, they hit every once in a while, but they do not come up often enough to ensure a dependable profit. Just bet on even wagers e.g. black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first dozen, 2nd 12, third dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively high.
With the basic rules covered, how else can we further increase our odds of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our buddy, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my buddy Ben would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary because any number could come up". Yes, my buddy Jeff has a point, although at the same time, he is missing a significant part of the picture. I totally agree, black or red might come up thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
