The time you become gluttonous, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you squander all of your cash. Seems a bit absurd, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever come away with cash is when I don’t panic about losing it. I went to the the casino last evening with $20 in cashin my pocket. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, I mean, what is twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars profit in one hour!
Another time I was at the casino with my buddy Charles. I took in one hundred dollars that I could not bear to lose. I got insatiable, I got scared, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson is never ever bet more than you can afford to squander. If you don’t worry about squandering, you have a lot more opportunity of profiting big!
What other ways can you build up your chances of winning at Roulette besides making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they don’t hit often enough to ensure a steady profit. Only wager on 1:1 bets like black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers e.g. 1st dozen, 2nd 12, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay fairly high.
With the basic rules reviewed, how else can we further increase our odds of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our friend, as opposed to our enemy. "You can not be a winner at Roulette", my buddy Mike would say to me. "It’s absolutely random because any number could come up". Sure, my friend Chris does have a point, but at the same instance, he is missing a critical aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red can hit 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
